King & Co. is a Nigerian law firm situated in the central business district of the
commercial city of Lagos and within minutes of walking distance of the Lagos High Court and the Court of Appeal, Lagos. The firm is managed by a team of innovative and highly skilled professionals who take pride in a job well done and a client fully satisfied.

We are a small, dynamic law firm, with a practise focusing principally on domestic and international corporate and commercial matters. The firm has an extensive international practice and a number of the lawyers have received degrees from both Nigerian and foreign universities and have acquired extensive experience in working for clients and other law firms abroad.

The firm provides a full range of legal services to clients from all sectors of commerce, industry and finance. A number of our clients are notable blue chip companies in Nigeria. The diverse range of our clients’ business backgrounds means that we have built up experience in many areas of commercial activity, enabling us to provide practical solutions to questions where legal answers, in isolation, may not be enough.
